At Cornfield School we think that uniform is important and encourage students to adopt a smart appearance.

Our core uniform consists of:

Black trousers.

White shirt/polo shirt with a collar

Black sweater or sweatshirt

Further information

Sweatshirts with the Cornfield School logo are available from the school. A school uniform from a previous school is acceptable for a few weeks after admission.

Students are encouraged not to wear earrings on health and safety grounds, but it is acceptable to wear one stud or small sleeper in each ear lobe.

On PE days appropriate kit is needed (e.g. tee shirt and shorts or tracksuit, and trainers). Students are not allowed to wear jewellery in PE lessons.

Hair-cuts need to be modest with no shaved heads or dyed hair.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices which are capable of recording images or sound are banned from the school site.
